TDLR is the laughing stock of multiple combat sports. They're basically a state funded mob. Time for change.

If you ran a private business like this you'd be fired... The lack of following consistent rules puts fighters at risk and is inexcusable

It's easier for people to become Pro fighters then a matures fighters. which is dangerous. we have always said the boxing commission in texas is the mob.

They have been allowed to run wild for far too long. The system is corrupt and inefficient. Time for those in charge to be held responsible!

I have been Robbed in too many decisions due to the TDLR's inability to find Judges who don't have there heads up there asses, and in my last match i was robbed in not only the decision, but 40 seconds of round 2 when i had a fight ending submission on my opponent. They have destroyed my career and when i filed a complaint to have my fight turned to a no contest i never heard anything back

I have been victim of the incompentency of the TDLR too many times to count. One example was having a fight called due to a horrible and wrong decision made by a referee during a title fight (04/09/2011, Arlington, Tx). I took my case to the state asking for the decision to be ruled a No-contest, at the very least. The response given by Greg Alvarez was "We don't do that." Regardless of me having several different angles detailing the events that night and proving the the wrong call had been made. In short, I am in complete agreement that we are in need of an overhaul of the Combative Sports Division.

I own and operate a local MMA academy and have witnessed the problems, injuries and frustrations first hand, that come from irresponsible actions. From a friend who suffered an ijury DIRECTLY related to an arbitrary and inconsistent decision made down to the loss of professional events and also revenue and chances for our competitors.
