Dear TD, millions of us around Canada would like access to Apple Pay. We understand that TD doesn't have this option as of now. So, please open up Apple Pay to our customers!
im still getting emails about how frustrating it is to leave the house without a wallet only to realize td doesnt support the one thing that actually makes life easier. im putting together a list of all your experiences to send over to their team so they see exactly how much this matters to actual customers.

I use AMEX and Apple Pay everywhere I can. But in any case, I am keeping my TDVISA account at zero and only use my debit card when AMEX Is not accepted and cash is inconvenient. I have written and phoned the bank with my complaint and have been duly patronized by their responses.
I also made a complaint to the Competition Bureau. The only competition that exists in Canadian Banking is the branch debit machine locations. Fees, interest, and "services" all move in tandem. Their profits are astronomical and their accountability zero. Ever heard the expression "too big to disrupt"? Looks like the Competition Bureau knows this what it means.

As usual, TD lagging behind. I suspect it's due to not wanting to pay any fee's Apple requires, nor do they like that they won't get any customer transaction information (neither does Apple, nor does Apple care about that!) and therefore cannot sell your purchase habits to other companies, or try and sell you their own products.
My new AMEX arrived in the mail today, so I can use Apple Pay, what a shame it isn't my TD Visa. Ah well, that'll be put to backup card status, and possibly cancelled. Your loss TD!
