Tay Township property owners are paying way more for our water and sewer rates than we should. In these times of global and economic changes we as a community should be rewarded for conserving our resources. The flat rate water and sewer consuption bill does not promote conservation and is unfair. All households do not consume the same quantity of water and it is outragous to think that we should all pay the same rate. Please take the time to sign this petition and I thank-you for your time.
