That's right everyday we pay billions and billions to abuse our youth and destroy family unity. How? This is crazy? No it's reality see for yourself. Every day in America children are abused by states to meet there quota to gain title IV-E money. Yes federal money to abuse children. This is disgusting as our youth are used like cattle to bring in like a crop for money more so now that the economy is bad this happens every minute nation wide costing millions of tax payers money. What is worse is it shatters families destroys lives and abuses children. This must be stopped. What is worse is they get more money to put them on drugs?? Yes drugs. A Bill to be entitled "Crawford & Davidson Failure To Care Child Safety Act Of 2010" This bill shall be, upon passing, put into mainstream nationwide, to end the unconstitutional hearings and laws in any court or state, involving children, behind closed doors without any way of redress to stop felony and federal crimes in progress. No law shall be passed that infringes upon a family and it's privacy it's bond, especially it's decision making, upon only a preponderance of evidence. No law shall be passed that hides crimes from the public, I.E. the state attorney and law enforcement, such as dependency and Termination of Parental Rights. Dependency called civil and placed before a civil judge is a gross misuse of justice as most abuse and crimes involved with these proceedings are felonies and sometimes federal. This leaves the door open for criminals to abuse kidnap and a list of crimes I'd rather not mention as they have free reign. A civil judge will sit by as they are felonies and wait for everyone to get their federal money I.E. Title IV-E. These laws are nationwide and have paved the way for good business to abuse children. This is nothing new as it has been going on longer than I can remember. No Title-IV-E Money unless the state attorney or attorney general is privy. End the abuse.
