We the undersigned taxpayers of the United States do hereby request that the President inform the Internal Revenue Service to begin calculating tax refunds to all americans based on the shutdown, lack of access and services to said taxpayers for each day of the governmental shutdown to be paid in the form of rebates and or refunds to the federal taxes paid by said taxpayers. Until such time that the government returns to full service of the people of the United States.
