The condo owners of A Building at 425 East 13th Street kindly request the replacement of Taube Management no later than Spring 2009. After a year, it is clear that services have not been rendered or improved, (despite owner's suggestions,) and the property not kept up in the manner of the luxury building we were sold. Liens on our property, 11 months of punch list work, and the multiple DOB & DOH violations are indicative of the lack of services. Sincerely, Condo owners at 425 East 13th Street
