The current level of interest confirms the urgency of this issue for local councils. I am finalizing a formal request to meet with the regional licensing board to discuss the risks posed by untrained operators.

Total joke that they can just buy a kit on ebay and start digging in people skin. Hygiene is not a joke. BAN THEM.
Seen way to many infections from these people. It needs to stop before someone ends up with something nasty like hep C. Keep it professional.

My friend got a serious staph infection from a kitchen tattoo. The council needs to wake up and actually check these places.
