Section A. Being it enacted by residence and registered voters of Tarrant County it is proposed to be added as follows if approved by vote. Law shall be enacted one day following a vote which prohibits the use of traffic photo or electronic enforcement systems anywhere within Tarrant County Texas. These laws will clearly stipulate fines to be assessed to any person or agency, government, public, or private that knowingly provides or recieves information in any form for the purpose of complaints, violations, charges criminal or civil, for citations, or any form of electronic information of any Texas citizen in Tarrant County relating to motor vehicle operation violations, if the alledged violation was detected through the use of any electronic or photo enforcement system as defined in section B. Section B. For the purposed of this section " Electronic or Photo Enforcement means any Device which is capable of producing, transfering, or transmitting all forms of images, digital information, or analog information for the purpose of indentification of the said vehicle, the vehicle owner, or it's operator."
