I think I was targeted starting in 2004 by my landlord with microwave directed energy weapons due to symptoms like Alzheimer’s like symptoms 36 hours on toilet 3 hours hand washing and rinsing, 1 hour to brush teeth and I forgot how to walk brush my hair do dishes and do laundry as I was pushed into extraordinary confusion and memory loss as I could never be sure I washed my hands cuz I could not remember what I just did. It plunged me into a mental illness they call OCD but I call it confusion.

I know who some of the perpetrators are by name. The main perpetrator is my next door neighbor i found out by over hearing him through walls in the house they are thin. The mans name is a Neal Manning and he is very sneaky he hides out in his house and barely comes outside covertly spying on me. I have been trying to find a way to expose this person but its not easy. I need some advice and countermeasures on how to proceed. These perps are the worst kinds of people they are covertly violating my human rights and civil liberties. This must stop somehow looking for advice.

I have had 6 children illegally stolen from me and sold two families that have more money than I do the police dcsf in the courts were all in on it together. I was a foster child myself and was raped in the foster care system by the Foster father the state sue him I never got the money and at the age of 18 I became homeless when I had my first child at the age of 21 instead of the state helping me and I was Xbox through used or putting me in a Penny Lane program they took my child they continue to take my children every child that I had for six children even when I had my life together they continue to take my children. Since then the harassment has picked up I've been harassed by the police I was pulled over by a sheriff and question regarding children that I do not have and basically harassed. I've also been pulled over by a female officer who searched my persons and could see that I did not have on any underwear but she still gave me a full body search and basically molested me. I've had my mail tampered with FedEx the post office and UPS always loses my mail including my paycheck. I've had social workers who have adopted my children out come and find me homeless on the street to tell me how they're going to sell my children. The electronic harassment is really getting on my nerves it's so bad that they have a professional recording audio system on my phone that record that wheel it takes pictures when it gets ready to it installs reinstalled and updates the app on its own with no signal or no internet I've been trying to get the FBI or someone to investigate this hacking job on my phone because I know it is the government or the police who have done it but no one is willing to investigate. I go to the hospital for treatment and I'm giving wrong medication medicine that's not supposed to be given to a woman at all improper dosages given psych meds against my will I have had the worst things happen to me and these things still continue to happen. 4245369386 Bea
