I am shocked and saddened to learn that Target employees do not receive paid sick leave, yet must endure insufficient work hours and reduced wages. Shame. I want to feel good about where I shop.

Target is exploiting workers who have no health insurance, no protective protocols, and no right to stay home if they are afraid to work. Target has made these workers Covid 19 targets.

I am a cashier, I often come in contact with guests who are coughing, kids who are sneezing? and running around. I deserve an extra couple dollars for putting not only my life at risk but my families as well.

Team members should do what they need to feel safe. At the very least allow masks to those who want them and eliminate corrective actions for call outs.

They really don’t care about our well being like yes they do emergency cleaning all throughout the day but not once have we been asked if WE as loyal employees asked if we were okay on supplies or food etc.. nor were we given bonus pay for this hectic supply demand

I agree with this 100% we need more protection while we are at work. I'm not 6 feet away while I'm doing a return or cashiering.

I agree. I have an underlying condition is is fearful. I need the money so I go to work. We do not have gloves and hand sanitizer and cannot use a mask.
