Final supporters
We are trying to stop CSG mining activity in rural residential estates.
The mining company has admitted they have NO experience working close to residents in rural residential areas.
Mining activity in these areas causes major disruption to peoples lives.
eg. noise polution,sleep deprivation, contamination to water supplies, safety is a VERY big issue. Mining in rural residential estates takes away peoples right to a happy and healthy lifestyle.It causes unneccesary stress.
People should be able to say NO....WE DONT WANT YOU HERE!!!
Nobody can tell us the related health and safety issues involved with mining close to homes.
It has now been proven that the gas wells and the ground around the gas wells are leaking gas.
We are all at an even greater risk not only from methane gas poisoning and other health issues, but also from bush fires in these areas.Some local rural brigade members have serious concerns about fighting fires in areas where there is gas activity and around gas infrastructure.
Mining companies need to stop gas activity in these areas!

The mining company thinks they can just bulldoze through our lives while ignoring the leaking gas and the clear danger to our families. I am spending every waking hour demanding answers from the bureaucrats who let these reckless companies operate next to our homes. They are banking on us getting tired and backing down but they clearly do not know who they are dealing with.

We have reached a massive turning point and the pressure on these reckless mining companies is finally mounting. This movement is proving that we refuse to let these corporations poison our homes for their own profit.

Fire risk is my main worry. Those local fire crews have enough on their plate without having to worry about gas lines blowing up.
Keep this garbage out of our backyards. We moved to the country for peace and quiet not to live next to a gas field.
THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Who gave them the right to ruin our property values and our health?
My kids play outside every day. I refuse to let some company poison our air and water just to make a buck. Leave us alone!
Just stop the mining. We deserve to feel safe in our own homes.
