Dear Honorable Mayor Brady, Newnan City Council, Newnan City Manager Phillips, and Newnan Police Chief Meadows,

We'd like walking in Newnan to be safer and more enjoyable, and many of us are ready to help make that a reality with our own time and resources.

Can we hold a public forum to see if there's support for making Newnan a bona fide "walking town"?

If interest is strong, we would love to form a team of city employees and citizens to research and vet ideas, make recommendations, and rally other citizens to make it happen.
