Forced vaccinations don’t account for people with natural immunity or those who are unable to get the vaccine due to health restrictions. Furthermore, requiring proof of vaccination violates HIPPA and puts employers at risk per OSHA workman’s comp regulations.

We have proven we can work safely and efficiently with our current protocols. No employer has any business telling us what we need to do with our bodies. My body my choice right? There is also medications that help with covid that unfortunately big pharma won't talk about because they are not patented and no money to be made. I've personally witnessed them work to help fight covid. Do your research(not mainstream news paid by big pharma) and you will see it's available if one gets sick.

I was just denied a final call back for a Bway national tour when the company found out I was not vaxxed against CV. I contacted AEA, while they do not require vax for auditions and allow for RE/ME accommodation on tours/productions, the union rep said it's still up to the employer whether to require vax. So our union guidelines basically protect our union, and have zero impact protecting us from discrimination by our employer. I've written my RE, contacted a lawyer, thankfully my agent is on my side, but she said the company told her they are not afraid of litigation, they've already been sued (?) and are sticking by mandating the CV vax for all talent and crew on their tours. We need to unite against this encroachment on our freedom of choice.

It is wrong for any employer to mandate the “vaccine” in order for an employee to work. As a performer, we are members of professional orchestras, therefore, we can’t work from home.
The choice of whether or not to take the “vaccine” is a personal choice. A person’s medical information is private. We performers absolutely MUST not allow our employers to mandate the “vaccine!” Music is our livelyhood. We feed our families, pay the bills, and make our living in the performing arts. Employers, regardless of political beliefs, must not mandate the “vaccine “!
