Firstly I’m very sorry that my friend had to go through this scary experience. and secondly myself and my family also hike and cycle this trail and many of the surrounding trails. Please help us keep our parks and trails safe, we all want to feel secure.

I never want to get a terrifying call from my mom about people on the trail that have made her feel very unsafe and scared again.

That goes for all the Durham trails. I had to stop using the Oshawa Creek Trail due to hoods on bikes buzzing by me on bikes within inches of each side of me. It’s a shame that good people can’t enjoy these trails that our tax dollars pay for because of these losers!
