The Department of Child Support Services (DCSS) has created a bond with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV), to suspend/revoke driver priveleges for non-payment. In an economy barely producing enough jobs, why would they take away the only privelege that would aid in an individuals endeavors toward changing unemployment???
