Thank you for respecting my parental desires to choose when and where my children are exposed to any sexual content and to allow me to feel safe to bring my children to the public library and worry about unexpected exposures.

While this material is claimed to be "inclusive," it in fact excludes anyone who would just like a normal children's library section.

I believe children's exposure to these things will lead to confusion and even more vulnerability to child abuse.

Thank you for taking the time to consider my concerns. Please do remove material from the children's section that seeks to teach as fact something that is far from settled in science. If you can't see why these is so much objection, try instead to think of it this way- our tax dollars support your library. Is it fair to use our money to promote this topic to children over the objection of so many parents? This is a very decisive issue, as you well know and yet, you have decided it must be promoted to children. You are snubbing a significant group of tax paying patrons. Is that not cause for rethinking your campaign to teach to children what many parents find is objectionable? You have a wealth of topics and choices for books that are not in any way dismissive of so many parents' concerns. Please spend our tax dollars on buying those books and remove the ones that seek to indoctrinate children on such an unsettling, unsettled topic.
