Absolutely what he did to ALL Zimbabweans was cruel and inhumane. He stole from the people giving them false hope to vote for him. He deserves to suffer his final days. His wife should join him !!!!

I have lived my entire life under the dictatorship of this man. He never cared about anyone but himself and his family, making more than 7million people SUFFER under him. We want justice. The evidence against him is overwhelming.

If ever there was someone who should be tried for crimes against humanity and ethnic cleansing it is Robert Gabrielle Mugabe. He is not the only person in Zimbabwe who is guilty.

He should be tried but age is in his favor.
He took revenge for the no vote in the referendum when he wanted to change the constitution by letting his thugs loose on the farm invasions. This destroyed the economy. Had he continued as he started in 1980, Zimbabwe would be a prosperous country today. White farmers would have been gone in 1 or 2 generations, as very few of their kids wanted to farm. They became engineers, lawyers, doctors etc.
Many more 'indigenous' citizens would now own and be working productive farms with thousands in employment both in agriculture and support industries. Mugabe would today be regarded by the world as an African hero on the pedestal beside Nelson Mandela, not as a doddering geriatric who's evil wife led him down the garden path. She should also be tried in The Hague.

He should be held accountable for his actions he's lived in luxury his whole life while his people starved. All the farmers killed beaten left destitute while their farms stolen why should he be allowed to walk free from the mess he left behind.
