It's seems as if the board is using it as an income generated opportunity, instead of providing equal access to open parking space for residence. I completely agrees with Darrell Stoutamire and Donna Johnson. Previously, enforcements begins at 10pm and ends at 0800 on a weekday, Friday to Monday was no enforcement (free for all). Amy Heller, is just ridiculously rude and unprofessional.
The so called Board need to realise that WE ARE HOMEOWNERS not apartment tenants. Their actions are contributing factors to the impediment of Black Wealth. I applaud this initiative and would like to plead to each other to encourage our next door neighbors to sign this petition. "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH"
