Giving this type of power to any body of government is communism. Giving it to DHEC especially, an unelected body, is sheer stupidity and a speaks of your commitment to globalism which is against our US Constitution.

Dear Senator ,  Please put Bill 975 on the floor, using special order before the crossover date. Your constituents do not want to be forced to take pharmaceutical products  based upon their employers.   Bill 975 is a priority to the overwhelming majority of South Carolinians. Bill 975:  ⁃ Protects medical ethics and informed consent by preventing an employer to mandate a novel vaccine, gene therapy and liability-free product as a condition of employment.   ⁃ Provides state agencies adequate ability to have a comprehensive response to health emergencies in our state.  The will of South Carolinians is clear, as the vast majority of both Democrats and Republicans are not receiving the boosters, having seen that they are not “safe and effective” as promised.   Do you trust your constituents to make medical decisions for themselves?  Or will you align yourself with special interests that are not held accountable for harm caused when mandating these products?   Thank you in advance for taking a stand for your constituents.

I haven't had a vaccine in over 50 years and have been perfectly healthy. The only people I know that are deathly sick have been vaccinated.

Each should be allowed to make their own medical decisions. Medical Freedom is a basic Freedom and the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights gives us our freedoms. Please support our God given freedom. Thank you so much.

No one has the right to tell us what to do with our bodies and forcing vaccines of any kind is unethical, immoral and unconstitutional.

Bill 975 is vital to our freedom to work without coercion to accept a liability-free medical intervention as a condition of employment. Additionally, pharmacists should not have the right to overrule a medical doctor’s prescription and refuse to fill that prescription.
