Keeping your own nurses is what’s keeping our patients alive.. they know the floors, they know the hospital and they know how to take care of our patients better then anyone. If you were sick you would rather have a nurse who knows the hospitals policy’s, procedures and how to get things done then a traveler who’s just there for a short contract. LB nurses have supported your facility and you should respect them and support them during these trying times!

please support these CCSDU nurses who are already trained and capable of managing ventilator and critical patients. They put themselves on the frontline to care for patients during this pandemic and should at least be given the courtesy to cross train for other positions. They also deserve to have a defined and detailed plan for their future employment.
