These activists don't understand how this can impact our way of life in Australia.

The country needs jobs so let the do-gooders go without a job and see how they like it

Jobs are needed desperately without these projects country communities will wither and before long die. With that remove the resources and money to maintain the environment around it.

There has to be give and take and sanity. Western Australia has built a giant LNG plant on Barrow Island which is described as Australia's Ark with 24 species found no where else on earth. It works there.

I support Carmichael Mine and the Abbot Point expansion. In other words, I support jobs, investment and a prosperous future for our young people.

While I appreciate wildlife and the joy seeing it brings, I acknowledge having the gear to go and see the wildlife (even if it is in a zoo) needs to be manufactured - and that takes power.

blatent delaying tactics that cost the country of jobs and finance to grow the economy. These individuals and groups should be held responsible (financially) when they have the ruling against them to stop bullshit legal action clogging the system.

Stop all this bullshit and let it happen. Small towns up here are struggling. I bet more than half the people petitioning against this have never been up here let alone lived here and struggled to live day to day. I've been in Bowen for over 2 years now and I've been lucky to have full time employment. But I know there are a lot of people out there that no matter how hard they look for work and don't give up there is just no jobs here for people.

The Greens are committed to turning Australia into the World's biggest National Park. Wonder what they plan to do with the population?

This is ridiculous that a multi billion project can be held up - when we all know the agenda
