Take action against legal loopholes

Balance must be restored. Queensland is a resource rich state and the industry has proven over time that resources can be responsibly and safely extracted while complying with stringent conditions. Blocking projects based on climate ideology will only damage our economy while exporting the benefits to other countries. Why do it?

I am very proud to be employed within Australia's Mining industry and every day l witness first-hand the economic and social benefits that mining provides to local community and to wider Nation. Enough is Enough - balance needs to be restored to debate upon this topic.

I have lived in and around the Mackay area my entire life and what is happening to our town is not right! Something needs to be done. Businesses are struggling and people continue to loose their jobs. Hopefully things turn around soon!

I am signing this because I dislike stupid legal action but still believe farmers/neighbours should still have the right to protest.

They should have to demonstrate valid and researched arguments before something can be held up. Not 'hype & social media scare campaigns' delaying the development of new business and opportunity for many.
