Adani you have my full support and the Australian government needs to make this happen before India and other nations look elsewhere for coal and other resources. Adani have meet all environmental criteria and this will bring thousands of jobs and money to North Queensland.

Activists are very selfish because they are depriving needy countries the opportunity to obtain cheaper cleaner energy supplies than that available from other supplier countries. We also need the income to support all the wants, desires and lifestyles of Australia.

Should development not proceed, India and China will ultimately source coal from other nations which do not apply “Best Practices”
World pollution levels will increase due to lower calorific coal being processed.
The impact on Australian families who rely on the coal industry and infrastructure will be ruinous.

It is senseless to inhibit the Coal Mining Industry which provides for energy needs for the Country.
Australia utilises "Best Practice". If Australia were to cease trading with other nations, they would source low calorific coal elsewhere and world pollution would be less monitored.

Invitation to comment on or object to a resource project should be offered during the assessment process, not after long, costly application, investigation, appraisal and judgement (and documentation overkill). Contributions of responsible, intelligent comment should be welcomed and receive serious, judicious response. Eleventh hour technical delaying tactics trivialise the objection and contribute nothing positive to the project or to Australia’s reputation as a reliable trading nation.

Every element of the law and every democratic institution is being used by the undemocratic left to stop development - or at least make some of the project uneconomic. They are destroying job opportunities, destroying the taxation, base and ensuring people int eh developing world do not have access to the energy which allows the left in the inner city to live a wonderful lifestyle.
