As of recently a young entrepreneur that is a resident in the Las Vegas community wants to put a end to retail locations sitting vacant and un used , with a business plan in order as well as wanting to be able to give back to his community by having fundraiser events and festivals held at his boutique / smoke shop location he is confident that he can take a building that has been vacant for 6 years and transform it into a flourishing small buisness .
