Us British need 2 follow the Americans, u can even get an app on ur phone over there, it's time 2 make our streets a safer place 4 children, we r in the year 2014 4 god sake, we need 2 work 2gether in making these monsters tagged!

I believe that all level 2 and 3 sex offenders should be named and shamed, no matter what. Here in the U.S, we can go to our local police station, and on the wall, is a picture, name of the perpetrator, and what the violation was. Keep children safe!! Name them ALL.
