We shouldn't even need to petition for this, it should be mandatory and welcomed!
I truly believe that there must be some vile beasts and peados in the high ranks of our judicial system because of the shameful sentences handed out to the vile beasts because no normal human being could allow that :-(

It needs done! Being a rape victim myself , but kept it to myself for 8/9 years, I feel scared that now I've told, this man can go anywhere/do anything, miss bail signing/court dates and just lie about where he's been. The police have openly admitted they don't believe his excuses/where he's been which makes it impossible to turn up to bail signing court etc. nothing can be done as there is no proof... If he wore a tag, the system could keep a close eye!

If people are going to act like scum, they should be treated like scum also - it's their own doing! Should have all their human rights removed the minute they commit such a crime, vile people.

should all be locked up for any offence against children one walks about near a school where I live its not right the vile man should have been locked up for years not free to roam about !!
