Hello Broomfield community,
As you may know there is a new Mexican restaurant opening at the beginning of the New Year. We at Tacos and Margaritas have been petitioning for a few months and have collected 78 of our wonderful supporters signatures! We are super thankful for everyone who has come to our restaurant to check us out and give us the support we need to get this approved. Unfortunately we were unaware that we needed to only start petitioning 48 hours after our first hearing, most of our signatures are dated and we ultimately have to start at square one. We decided since Broomfield is on a "red phase" with Covid-19 we would send out an online petition. If you could Please resign that would help our restaurant tremendously. We have set a goal of 100 SIGNATURES!

I am honestly overwhelmed by how quickly this is moving again after we had to start over. It is truly your kindness that keeps us hopeful for our little restaurant.

We can always use some excellent Mexican food around here and what’s the point without a beer or margarita? Cool logo too (except that the tacos are hard shell
Broomfield definitely needs more food options. Can't wait to grab a margarita once things open back up
Ridiculous that you have to do all this work just to serve a drink. Good luck with the new place
Disgusting that a business has to collect signatures to prove that there's "need" for a liquor license. "Need" has no relevance in a free society.
