Dear Airline Partners,
Agents all over India are facing the toughest time due to anti-agent policy adopted by airlines.
We request you to immediately consider the following worthy demands of agents
a. Commission on Basic + YQ fare - 5% on domestic and 9% on international flights.
b. 50% of the fee collected towards cancellation, meal, seat request, reissue charges etc.,
c. Unconditional Web parity
d. Agents to be allowed to participate in all promotions / special fares
e. Clarity of ADM with option to refuse/ contest
f. Prevailing credit system to continue.
We hope to get a favorable and early response to our problems
