My daughter has been struggling with drugs and alcohol addiction. She had Symphony 4 years ago. I have been acting as Symphony's parent for the past 31/2 years. My daughter was so bad off, I decided to call the cps in February 2011. The CPS allowed my daughter to keep her baby if she followed certain guidelines to rehabilitate herself. A little over a month my granddaughter was taken from my daughter because she wouldn't follow the rules from the cps. I was trying to have Symphony placed with me during that time. The cps wouldn't place her with me because I"m on Central Registry for spanking my daughter with a belt at the age of 14. She was rebellious then and rebellious to this very day! My granddaughter was placed into foster care and later placed with her dad's foster parents. They are not even Symphony's biological grandparents!!!!! I'm furious. My granddaughter cry for me all the time and it breaks my heart that I can't rescue her just one more time. She is not being treated with love and affection. Please help me get my granddaughter! Please!
