Sylmar has recently opened a Starbucks, which has been thriving in this community. TJs would be the perfect complement, and would see similar high numbers in customers. The current location of the closed fresh and Easy on Gladstone and Hubbard is ideal for a store like TJs.

It would be great to have a Trader Joes here in Sylmar. It would be close than driving to the one on Balboa. They are always so crowded and parking is terrible. We love Trader Joes!
