Love TJ, please bring one closer to where I live. I shop at the one on Balboa, the closest to Sylmar, but I'd shop more often if TJ was close.

I would love a Trader Joe's in Symar. I drive to the closest store in Granada Hills about once a week. I would love to shop more in my community.

Trader Joes is a welcome addition to whatever community they open in. Sylmar would be a better place with a Trader Joes.

The addition of a Trader Joe's to this Community would be very well received. The parents in this area are very health conscious and have raised their children as such. I would much rather spend my money on the community I live in and not have to drive to Northridge.

There isn't a Trader Joes within 10 miles of Sylmar and I would shop there much more often if it were closer.

We have two large county parks in addition to a community college so there is a lot of traffic passing this shopping center each and every day.

TJs to Replace F&E (which has always made a profit in Sylmar) would add to the recent interest in commerce by Walgrens, Starbucks, Food 4 Less, Smart & Final (Sylmar/S.F. border), etc. Near 118 and 210 (1/2 block), 5, 14, and 405 Freeways, on route to Mission College (12,000 students), 2 large community parks, Olive View Hospital, etc. Plenty of parking and additional sq. footage available for store. This would be a winning business for the community and TJ's. No competition! Closest TJ's is over 10 mi. away. Customers will come from Sylmar, San Fernando, Lake View Terrace, Pacoima, and other communities in the NW part of the San Fernando Valley, etc that is easily accessible within a 1-5 mi radius and wouldn't have to deal with heavy traffic issues like other communities.

There is an armed 24 hour security service which is highly rated by LAPD on site which keeps the panhandlers away, annoying skateboarders, and a measure of safety and security.
This would be a great benefit to the community.
