We really need a trader joes ! The closet one to us is Granada hills and it would be great to drive a couple block instead of taking the freeway to one.

TJs in Sylmar would be a win-win. Though they were reluctant, fearing the community would not support them, Starbucks has come to Sylmar. The manager told me they are doing very well, and much better than they anticipated. More of us want TJs than wanted Starbucks. TJs going into the Fresh & Easy space is a no-brainer, the obvious location and already set up for groceries. Fresh & Easy has already started building the client base on which TJ can expand. Where else can TJs locate and have no completion, with the public clamoring for them? Just do it, TJs.

We need a Trader Joes in our community. It is a perfect location accessible to the San Fernando Valley as well as the Santa Clarita Valley. It would be close to the 5 freeway, the 210 freeway, the 14 freeway and the 118 freeway. This would be a win/win situation! Please give our petition thoughtful consideration.
