This section pertains to the Pet restrictions. I propose that we hereby, amend the pet restrictions to allow no more than 4 pets per unit (It is currently a 2 Pet per unit limit.). It will be the pet owners responsibility to take care of their animal. Responsibilities will still include fecal pick up, and leashed animals in common areas. The Board of Directors will still have the right to order pet owners, whose pets are deemed a nuisance, to be removed from the premises.
