The Petition

Petition Background (Preamble):
In regard to the ongoing closure of the pool.

To the majority leaders of S&L Property Management and the H.O.A, and I truly hope that there is a way to receive a credit of HOA dues due to the lack of accessability of our community pool, and to quickly re-open the pool to the homeowners and tenants. If not, maybe the community should start looking at alternative ways to resolve the problems we have within the Property Management company and H.O.A with other means of leadership.

Petition:
We, the undersigned Home Owners with residences in the Sycamore Creek HOA hereby Petition the S& L Property Management Co., and Sycamore Creek HOA, it's council members and representatives
to issue a credit of HOA dues due to the lack of accessability of our community pool, and to quickly re-open the pool to the homeowners and tenants.
