Law makers should label Gangs & Active Members invovled in Gang Activities. terrorist / terrorist organizations and Rid the association & involvement to any Claim of sets, hoods, blocks, & streets in the chicago land area. and any invovled should receive stiff penalties. As of Aug. 12, 2010 the homicide count was 273, more than half last year's total of 458. While that number is down significantly from the years when Chicago's homicide numbers exceeded 900 And the street violence committed is even Higher.
