Teams has ruined my ability to participate in class. It loses audio and visual constantly, and tech support is no help.

Teams causes many more distractions and frustrations during class and we have missed out on valuable lecture time because of it's lag and limitations.

Zoom is great. I don't like Microsoft Teams. I vote for Zoom.

I agree completely. Switching to Microsoft Teams has drastically reduced the quality of our online classes. We are spending our hard earned money and many are putting themselves in debt to further their education. As these are online classes, the best platform available should be used. Please allow the professors to return to using Zoom.

It’s horrible I hate it and it constantly freezes and glitches to where I have to log out and back in several times during class!

I have to admit, using Teams inhibits learning. A lot of class time is spent attempting to sort out its problems, which are often unsolvable.

So much time was wasted trying to help each other figure out how on earth to share screen. This was for a clinical class and it was so frustrating.

It's hard to fully engage in class when you can't see classmates. Sometimes with Teams I can only see one person, and one week I couldn't see anybody--just initials in boxes. If there's any way to go back to Zoom, it was much better as a learning platform. Or perhaps there's a third option? Thanks.

Teams has further the already deep gap of connection to peers already associated to online learning

While I understand that ZOOM has a financial impact on the university, the difficulties that Microsoft Teams have created for the students have been significant. With limited capabilities, we are not able to see all of our peers as they speak while in classes. We are not always able to see shared content from faculty. We are not able to change our names, which doesn't seem very inclusive. The university's mission is to support student learning, however this new Microsoft Teams is a barrier to our education. Classes, peer development, and our learning experiences are not well-supported with Teams. Please consider using ZOOM so that we can have the most optimal and intuitive learning experience.
