Based on the information presented to us, we feel the show deserves to carry on, and to either succeed or fail on its own merits. Note to the undersigned: Since its premiere at the Toronto Fringe Festival in July 2006, \'Swiss Family Guy Robinson\' has drawn raves from Canadian audiences. To boot, it has never received less than four stars from any reviewer. Because Fox has not seen a copy of the show, they have mistakenly asserted that \'Swiss Family Guy Robinson\' relies on copyrighted material from \'Family Guy\'. The truth is that the structure of the show is based on the 1812 novel \'Swiss Family Robinson\', and the jokes, music and storylines are original creations of Brian Froud, Daniel Shehori and Steven Shehori.
