I grew up in this community with a place to learn to swim in the winter time which grew into a place to develop as a competitive swimmer. It Sad that my children do not have the same opportunity.

Recreation year round, please! Something for seniors and families of all ages..... a place for competitive teams to practice and hold meets. Swim lessons and water safety, kayak and canoeing instruction for a community surrounded by water recreation.

Fayetteville needs a publicly accessible, year round swimming pool for recreation and sport. If Clarksville and Bryant can it, so can we. It's hard to believe we don't already have one! David Crittenden
