I hope there will be enough signatures to let the committee know this is needed and wanted. I am.sure there are people who would volunteer even if only for one thing or a few hours and with several like that it would get done

This is so said. Our church is hugh at this event and reaches many kids and thier families. Like everyone is say no reached out to the current people who have booths there every year and told them there was a problem or recruited help, nor did they go use social media or any other means to get help. So sad. Bet there will be a fourth of July party downtown!

this is ridiculous--in a time where everyone needs to be united and celebrate "community"-- not just a faction of such. Keep the festival going! I'm a vendor ever year and a great time is had by all!

This festival is something that brings the good out of us in valley station. It's our equivalent of a county fair and has been a tradition for so long. It's bad enough that we lost the parade for the festival but losing the festival all together would be devastating

This is not the time to keep taking away from the South End. We need to feel the City Leaders care for our end of town also.

Please reconsider cancelling the Festival! We go every year and my granddaughters always look forward to it. It's a family tradition.
