There very few things for families to do now together. Be sad to see this event go away, what a lost it will be, for the Southwest Louisville and to all the people of Louisville who attend the festival each year.

My family and I always look forward to this festival. It is a sense of pride living in PRP. Now what do we have to look forward to out here? Right if nothing comes to mind.

It is really a shame that we don't get to have this great event. Seems like every time I turn around they want to take more from Valley Station. We didn't really get a choice either when they took away are post office. Pitiful......................

Any or all of the local news stations would have run a story asking for volunteers. The committee should have e-mailed Dawne Gee. She lives out here in Valley Station. She is always happy to help the community.
