Given their passion for our community and their obvious success in business...it's a "no-brainer" to accept their offer for the Water Mill complex.

Tara & Howard should be able to buy the mill.

Great for our local history and economy

Howard and Tara Cadmus are an asset to the town of Williamsville. There is no question in my mind that they should be permitted to purchase the Mill and not only improve the space but take it to the next level! It would benefit everyone!

I can't think of ANYONE who would work to see the actual mill revitalized , "Hedy" Please do your research before trying to bash your competitor... NO ONE has MORE class than Howard & Tara. they give regular proceeds from sales to LOCAL causes, volunteer and actually DO in the community... do you?

I had to laugh when i saw that comment where Hedy discredited herself then & there... so those people we know are in the back MAKING chocolate & ice cream aren't really doing that? *sigh* someone pour Hedy another drink...

You only need to visit Howard and Tara's two local shops to see the Class and quality they bring. With periodic trips to Paris to stay on top of the best the chocolate industry has to offer, these two are unmatched locally! To say that they're a perfect fit for the Mill is an understatement of monumental proportions. To the one lady who posted a comment claiming that not ALL of Sweet Jenny's chocolate is made locally, I ask her where the car she drives was made. I think the best thing about Howard and Tara is that they both constantly strive to improve their businesses - not just from a profitability standpoint, but for customer satisfaction and what they offer. I can't think of a better business for the Mill. Its almost like a Fairy Tale place with a chocolate a sweets place in it. Awesome!

did you know the mill was nothing more than a "made in China" gift shop left in RUINS prior to the village acquisition? I went there one day wanting to do a tour with my children when the Miller's ran it... was very disappointed to walk into the death trap basement and find nothing of note aside from one photo on the wall.... I would also rather let my children purchase their weekly candies from a LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED business... or did you think Walmart & it's welfare wage was upgrowth?

No to the Sugar Mill!

I believe the Mill would be in better use for the community. For somebody who's more true to their product. For working in the chocolate industry for over 30 years howard's chocolate is not all locally made. Williamsville deserves someone with a bit more class then what Cadmus has to offer. It's cute but not what the village residents are looking for. I believe it would be great for a restaurant Great place to keep the farmers market. Maybe something to do with all natural foods. Remember we're looking for Smart growth. So let's keep doing smart decisions. The Watermill should not turn into the sugar mill!

Having Sweet Jenny's in the mill is a wonderful decision! Many local families could then enjoy the mill and it would bring the village of williamsville closer together. Let Tara and Howard preserve the mill for years to come!
