I cannot believe this could come back. This was an excellent show, and I feel that the children of today can only benefit from the amazing Radical Squadron!

When I found out about SWAT Kats in 1994 while visiting my sister in Virginia, I was instantly hooked. Unfortunately, it started at 6 am on the East Coast, which meant I had to be up at 3 am to see it on the West Coast. I would either have to stay awake until three, or go to bed super early just to see it, and I did. When it was canceled, and found its way to Cartoon Network, I did everything in my power to catch every episode, even if they were repeats of old episodes I had seen. The writing was solid, the animation was outstanding, and the characters were entirely believable (for anthropomorphic cats flying a modified F-14 Tomcat). I know that we wouldn't be able to get the same cast back, but the voice acting in that series was spot on, with the late Gary Owens delivering some of the best dialogue in an animated series. If it's possible for them to redo this series, I think it would be wonderful for them to do an "In memory of..." for him.

Swat Kats was one of the greatest shows that Hanna-Barbera Studios has ever made. It was exciting, action-packed and surprisingly dark compared to their other shows like Flintstones and Jetsons. That's what made Swat Kats so great was that it wasn't like anything we would see from that studio. The characters were great, the animation was great and it had you rooting for our feline heroes more and more. If I can think of one show that deserves a reboot/return it would definitely be Swat Kats The Radical Squadron.

Swat Kats was one of the greatest shows that Hanna-Barbera Studios has ever made. It was exciting, action-packed and surprisingly dark compared to their other shows like Flintstones and Jetsons. That's what made Swat Kats so great was that it wasn't like anything we would see from that studio. The characters were great, the animation was great and it had you rooting for our feline heroes more and more. If I can think of one show that deserves a reboot/return it would definitely be Swat Kats The Radical Squadron.

My little pony has had 4 revivals. Transformers has never needed one. They get new shows every so often just because. Pound Puppies got a revival. Littlest Pet Shop! I love the cute stuff and the transformers, but Swat Kats deserved better than it got. I think it'd do really well now too.
