SV says no to allowing a violent Sex Offender on Sage Lane

Absolutely opposed to this man being released up here. I have children and don't believe these deviates can be fixed!

My family is literally a couple hundred yards of this trailer he is to be located at. My cousins and their children are living here. This is entirely unacceptable.

No! I do not want a sexual pretetor living close by. I live on the other street and I don't feel comfortable knowing this man will be up here I have 2 little girls. They should find him another place away from kids.

My 6 year old son lives within 100 yards of the proposed address. Fresno Cnty Sheriffs are 40 minutes to respond to this area! The mailboxes for this address AND the marked school bus stop are on the same property corner of my little boys house! Please, we are a small community and our population is small... but our percentage of opposition per capita is like Fresno having 60,000 petitions! Please do NOT allow this predator into this foothill area!

Why would anyone put a sexual offender in a place where a lot of children are? Also very isolated so who would see him? I live within a half mile from this address and don't appreciate the stress it puts on us to watch out for someone like that. Please reconsider this. We do not want him here!!!!

I don't believe this man has show reform based on his patterns of crimes. As a resident I fear I would have to use self defense against this man if he threatened my child in a sexual manner, I have a 18 yr old gorgeous daughter that jogs on his path; if he were to b located on sage. Please send him to the apts on shields and cedar with all the other sexual offenders. Thank u

I LIVED AND HAD TO DEAL PERSONNALLY WITH A SEX PREDATOR FOR YEARS AS A YOUNG GIRL (5YRS TO 11 YRS OLD) I WAS ABLE TO GET AWAY FROM THIS PERSON WHEN I WAS OLD ENOUGH TO MOVE AWAY. I DON'T WANT OR CAN I DEAL MENTALLY/ EMOTIONALLY HAVING ONE LIVING CLOSE BY WHERE I AM LIVING NOW. HE IS A VIOLENT MAN WITH CASE AFTER CASE OF VIOLENT SEXUAL ASSAULTS ON YOUNG CHILDREN. IF HAVING HAD TREATMENT DIDN'T NOT STOP HIM AFTER HIS FIRST ASSAULT, I KNOW HE WILL DO IT AGAIN GIVEN THE CHANCE TOO. THIS AREA IS A SECLUDED AREA WHERE IF SOME THING HAPPENS TO ONE OF OUR KIDS BY THIS PREDATOR, THE CHILD COULD BE HIDDEN AWAY OR DISPOSED OF AND NOT EVER SEEN AGAIN. PLEASE PLEASE RECONSIDER YOU CHOICE OF LIVING ARRANGEMENTS FOR THIS MAN!!

There are too many places for a sex predictor to hide to be allowed to live up in any mountain community. We must protect our children.

We have a right to protect our children. an ankle monitor will not stop someone who has commited these crimes from 1979 to 2015.. pick somewhere else to house him because he is not going to be welcome in this community! one half of a mile from a school bus stop and 3.8 miles from an elementary school.

This is an abomination. The State wants to put this violent repeat offender less than 5 miles from an elementary school, where some children have long walks on country roads to get to their homes from the school bus? Put this pervert in Fresno on Motel Row, if he must be released. As for tight restrictions? Yeah, sure...Just like all other repeat violent offenders are watched so closely and never reoffend? What a joke our system has become.
