These predators are NEVER rehabilitated and we can't experiment when the lives of our children are at risk. When one of these beasts touches a child that child carries that violation until the day they die. It effects every situation and relationship throughout their lifetime. That child has been murdered and a strange adult/child takes over that body. Their thoughts are corrupted to think about things a child should NEVER have to think about. So it will NEVER be ok to have this monster who probably has hundreds of unidentified victims, if not thousands. These are the facts of pedophilia. Do NOT release this monster into our community or ANY community. Keep him locked behind bars. That is the ONLY way to protect our children.

If he is too violent to be released then he should receive further treatment.

I have very young grandchildren in SV. There are already several pedophiles in this foothill town (Fresno loves releasing them to this area) - another one, particularly a "violent" one, is definitely not welcome here!

You're going to give this guy the perfect place to kid nap someone and do horrible things to them. He has been away for 12 years at a state hospital, leave him there. I don't care how much you guys say you will monitor him and he will be wearing a monitor, you guys drop the ball a lot. Thier are too many of him and not enough to keep A close eye on him. I have 5 kids and don't want him close to my family. I don't feel my kids would be safe with him up here in squaw valley. I have been up here for 14 years and everyone up here is a great supportive community and always help whoever is in need. We live up here for the quietness and safety. This isn't a place we want sexual offenders to be sent to and populating to keep them out of town. We have kids here too and bus stops frequently and have a great school. How can you all prove he's not going to attack again or be a danger to our kids or even prevent him from doing his crime again. I for one am not ok with his location choice.

I'm from a community not so different from Squaw Valley, and I cannot imagine any scenario where this would be acceptable. Moving a violent pedophile who has repeated his crimes after multiple stints in prison and hospital into an isolated community is nothing short of irresponsible.

I say no. This kind of behavior is inexcusable irregardless of how much "good behavior" he's shown. He obviously is either very disturbed or feels that the justice system is just going to let him get away with it anyway as he is a repeat offender. Keep the children safe.

Aren't there enough sexual predators, especially of children, already in Squaw Valley? I'm pretty sure we don't need another.
