Short Term Rental Owners are ruining our community. They operate hotels in a residential area, and this is against the rules and regulations of our HOA, they are running a complete business in the unit. They do not understand the damage they are causing to our community because they do not live in Sherwood Village nor the City of Anaheim. The vote that we had last year does not count, the votes did not meet the percentage required to amend or change the CC&R's of our community. I hope the City does the right thing to completely ban Short Term Rentals.

The pool has been extremely difficult to enjoy. Many children running all around the property who are vacationers at Disneyland. Short Term Rentals are banned in many cities

The Board is acting against the wishes expressed by the residents that already voted in favor or Short Term Rentals. They clearly do not have all residents' wishes at heart and are acting like a Dictatorship and not a democracy.

The Board of Directors are creating unreasonable rules & regulations, which will hurt the whole community. We need to stand togerther!

The residents of Sherwood Village voted in favor of a policy beneficial to all. The Board of Directors is now attempting to reverse the homeowners' wishes by changing the Rules & Regulations. The attempt to restrict property rights and likely reduce property values of the homeowners is wrong and must be stopped.

The democratic process is the best way to do this type of change. We had a legal vote. The people have already spoken on these issues. Please protect your neighbors and help all by telling the board this is the wrong way to do things.

I like our community how it is and I think the proposed changes would hurt our community.

We need to come to a place that is beneficial to all the owners at Sherwood Village.

Please do not proceed with these rule changes. They are not in the best interests of all homeowners. The community has already spoken through the vote that was cast less than a year ago.
