I've owned 4 DR350s and currently have 2. The only reason I don't own a 650 is because the 99 dr350 has a better suspension and a 6 speed gearbox. Please don't drop the dr650. Instead consider upgrading the 650 with a better suspension size speed transmission and try to bring the weight down and keep cost down. If you can do that you will sell a ton of them. We're always looking for the unicorn... you have the chance to take considerable market share in the growing dual sport arena.

Suzuki, why go against the trend of midsized adv bikes with a 1000cc heavyweight, when all the world wants a modern 650cc dualsport with DR style specs. A upgraded DR650 would sell like crazy! Capitalize on the reputation of the most respected dualsport in motorcycling history. Develop and Market a 650 single with EFI and 6 gears, spoked wheels 21/18 and DRZ like suspension!

Bring it back! Redesign it heavy duty suspension and bigger motor. Leave it air cooled. Better brakes.
