I have lived in the area my whole life and having two young children now of my own and indeed neighbours in the same position a playground would be ideal.

There is no parking in Howth. A lot of young families have moved back into Sutton.

As a parent of a 1 year old access to an alternative playground would be so beneficial to us and the rising numbers of children in the community. We have 1 public playground in Howth/Sutton which is stretched beyond its limit, particularly at the weekends.
It is evident from the preliminary 2022 census results that the rise in population in fingal is one of the highest for the entire country.

With green spaces fast disappearing and apartments popping up, a dedicated place for children to play is long overdue in the Sutton area.
