This is insane. There is plenty of property in/around George for such a development. This will affect traffic/property values and increase the existing crime. Why was this not advertised sufficiently and made known to all KGP residents in a suitable manner.

If the sale was advertised via correct channels I have no problem. However is seems this was not the case. Traffic in this area is already a problem and I to am concerned about the impact on the beautiful green belt. We have buck, porcupines, have even seen an otter during winter months. Bird live is adundant. I think a project of this size and impact needs to be addressed through the correct channels - above board

By introducing low cost housing into King George Park will inevitably lead to huge property devaluation, and eventual development of an uncontrollable shanty suburb. Not acceptable.

I feel it is not correct and market related to sell these properties for such a ridiculously low amount... none of the local residents were notified of these sales and thus I feel it is not legal and fair to do this low cost development in our area.
