sobra pahirap sa mga tao lalo ang nsa malalayo...wala maayos n kalsada para maabot ng tryckel.. doble pahirap sa mamayan ng tingloy kung tuluyan mapphase out ang mga bangka na manggaling sa mga barrio...

Implementation of fast craft which was decided only by LGU without proper consultation to the Tingloy residents, owners and crews of wooden hull motor boats, will do more harm that good to the people of Tingloy! LGU's decision without public consultation is a clear violation of people's right!
