This is the worst time to increase tuition: a global pandemic.

As a founder of ISRI, our students are the number one priority. This is the time to embrace our students and parents, even more, to be supportive in every way possible. This is NOT the time to increase tuition fees! ISRI needs to support our students, parents, and community financially, mentally, physically, and spiritually. It has been hard enough with all of the changes that have taken place. There are family’s that cannot pay their rent, get enough food on the table, and look to ISRI as their community support. The need ISRI to be a solid foundation for their child. You are stripping away their chance to continue as an ISRI student; you are pushing away new enrollments. I understand the financial need to keep ISRI running, but by no means seek it from the parents that are already struggling. This is not the ISRI I know!

I agree whole heartedly. This is a terrible time to do this. It will be a shame to lose students now. I consider the past three months a loss in my child’s life because I don’t think that the online engagement did much for her. I know we are all in this together, but it seems that the board deciding to change the cost NOW, is absurd!

While I understand ISRI wants to improve our school for our staff and Children I think this is very poor timing, my child had not benefited the same from the three months of online learning and our family is struggling financially as I’m sure many others are. Inshallah you will reconsider.

Rather than the school focusing its effort on how to safely return our children to classrooms in Sept, they seem to be misdirecting their energy on driving parents away with this huge increase. At first, i couldn't believe it until i did the math myself. How can something like this be approved by the school broad? Aren't they there to protect the school interest. How could it be in the school interest to have a 27% increase in a year of economic crises and risk losing many students?

The Increase is too high to be imposed in 1 year especially at a time where so many families are suffering from the worst recession this country has ever been through. time is too short for anyone to consider enrolling their kid(s) elsewhere, I feel trapped and cornered by the irresponsible way handling this matter

ISRI’s tuition has always been too too low and not sustainable. But the increase should be done gradually. Please please apply for financial aid. It is available

It’s not reasonable to increase all that much specially during this time . May Allah guide us all to do what’s best for the school and the kids and families. May Allah bless and protect everyone

This is the perfect time for a 27% increase, it helped me to start looking for some alternative.
